Located in Palm Desert 1.5 miles from El Paseo, our spacious, approximately 3000 square foot home has been newly renovated and provides a modern, clean, comfortable and relaxing interior.

Unwind in our very private back yard with a large pool/spa and covered patio living with surrounding landscape and mountain views. An outdoor grilling area, spa and open space add to the serenity of this quiet, 1/4 acre secluded location.

Our home has three HVAC systems, zoned to keep you cool and comfortable in the hot dry climate. The house features vaulted ceilings and 9 ft ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in every room.

PATIO enjoy the beautiful pool/spa and a natural gas barbecue. Outdoor fireplace with a 65" flat screen SONY OLED smart TV, radiant ceiling heat for those cool evenings and fans for keeping cool during the day.  For outdoor eating you have patio tables that can accommodate 8. For outdoor relaxing you have a wicker living room coffee table with four padded chairs and three adjustable lounge chairs and more.  There is a natural gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.

MASTER BEDROOM has an adjustable queen bed. There is a sitting area, a huge walk-in closet and new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The master bathroom has dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. You can access the  patio area directly through glass doors.

GUEST BEDROOM has split King (two twin XL units) and a beautiful, spacious ensuite bathroom which has a large shower and vanity and lighted mirror.

THIRD BEDROOM/OFFICE has a full size sofa bed and desk.

MAIN BATHROOM off the bedroom wing hall has a large full shower and has direct access the pool area through a glass door.

CASITA has an adjustable queen bed, seating area and dining table along with a full kitchen, including a full size fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and toaster oven.  The bathroom has a tub/shower and dressing area with vanity, lighted mirror, and plenty of closet space.  There is plenty of room and storage for a comfortable stay.

LIVING ROOM has a microfiber sofa, 2 microfiber love seats, large ottoman and a gas fireplace.

FAMILY ROOM has two push back, swivel recliners, a sofa and an occasional chair plus a 55" and 77" flat screen SONY OLED smart TV's with ROKU and TIVO connected.  It features a fireplace and a wet bar with a beverage fridge and freezer.  You can access the patio area directly through a 15 foot, 3 panel pocketing sliding glass door that includes an additional single panel screen.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with large French door style stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, gas cook-top, double ovens with air fry and convection, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher, hot water dispenser, double sink, island sink both with garbage disposals and plenty of counter space. Chef's Kitchen with professional cooking pots and pans, knives, utensils, place settings, glasses, silverware, and everything else you need to entertain up to eight. Enjoy a meal in the separate dining room, at the indoor pub table or step out to the patio area directly through the sliding glass door. 

LAUNDRY has a washer and a gas dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and lots of counter space.  There is also an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage.
