Damage Deposit

Refundable Damage Deposit $3,000.00 USD

Return of damage deposit within 7 days after checkout

Payment Terms

We require two payments:

25% due on booking,

75% due 30 days prior to check-in

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date

If cancelled within 60 days, any payment amounts will be refunded only to the amount we are able to recover by re-renting during the same rental period
